There are all sorts of books and inexpensive courses about trading all over bookstores and the internet.

I read just about everything I can find about trading. Here is what I know.

Trading is just like any other high level profession. You can not become a lawyer by reading a book about the law.

You most certainly can not practice medicine by reading a book about medicine.

If you try to trade after reading a book or taking some basic Technical Analysis course you will end up frustrated and quite possibly broke.

Adam Hewison's MarketClub has a great introductory video series that is completely free. After watching these videos you should have enough of an understanding about trading to determine if it is for you or not.
